THE PROGRAMME IN A NUTSHELL

Focus
Two months, one Company, and one important project in a work area aligned with your preferences.
Development
You’ll be able to develop competencies and skills that are relevant to your professional life.
Tutorship
Say hello to your tutor, the one who’ll guide you through the entire experience.
Fun
You’ll have some fridays off and some fridays to be with your fellow Summer Interns and take part in development initiatives and business visits.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BECOME A SUMMER INTERN

We are looking for students that:

  • Are studying for their bachelor’s or master’s degree;
  • Are curious, proactive and quick learners with a passion for Food Retail;
  • Speak English at an advanced level (min. B2 European scale) and Portuguese at an advanced level (min. C1 European scale);
  • Have full-time availability during July and August.

THE APPLICATION AND RECRUITMENT PROCESS

The application and recruitment process has four stages:

Online application

Submit your application online and tell us who you are.

Online assessment and video interview

We will assess your skills, motivations and English level. You will have to record a video and answer a few questions.

Interview

You will have an interview with our human resources department and your tutor. We want to explain you the project and to know you better.
